Our Values:

Our Goal:

Our Vision:

A future in which every young person has the abilities, information, and chances necessary to succeed in both their personal and professional life, fostering resilient and independent communities all throughout the world.

Our Mission:

: is to enable young people create rewarding futures for themselves and their communities by offering them easily accessible, practical training in vital life-saving and self-reliance skills through an organized approach that prioritizes leadership, teamwork, and personal growth.

Our Background:

Create and Inspire Society (CIS) is a non-profit making and governmental organization established with a strong dedication to empowering young people between the ages of 18 and 34 in Juba, South Sudan. CIS works to end the cycle of unemployment, poverty, and opportunity gaps by imparting life-saving, independent skills through hands-on learning and involvement. The organization understands that young people’s future depends on their ability to acquire practical skills that can enhance their standard of living and set them up for a more sustainable and satisfying future.

CIS acknowledges that motivating the youth and underprivileged people involves a multitude of actors. Even while a lot of community-based groups and civil societies play a significant role in motivating the youth and providing services, they frequently lack a venue for deep and comprehensive involvement. Therefore, CIS’s strategic objective is to inspire young people through integrated skill-based programs and help to improve current platforms and partners.

CIS’s methodology is rooted in the concept of a modern house structure, which serves as a blueprint for the development of various thematic areas. A modern house is constructed using bricks, cement, timber and sand. When it is finished, it includes wiring and electricity, plumbing, landscaping to level the area around the house, and tailoring to make the curtains and other bedding. Each thematic area of this house represents a core competency or skill that builds upon the others, providing young people with a comprehensive set of tools to succeed in a variety of fields. From building skills in construction to cultivating leadership qualities, CIS offers holistic training that addresses the diverse needs of youth today.
In order to create a highly trained, mentored, and skill-impacted youth who contribute innovative techniques, knowledge and solutions for a more meaningful and sustainable world, CIS incorporate and look for pertinent partnerships with established institutions that offer vocational trainings, and numerous services. Example of these institutions include: Community Based Organisations, Foundations, other Nonprofit Making Organisations, Government, the corporate sectors, and schools.
