Program Objectives
Empowerment through Skills Training: Provide youth (ages 18 to 34) practical training in construction-related disciplines so they can develop into competent professionals with viable career options.
Community Engagement: Involve local communities in the training process to foster collaborations and strengthen social networks
Economic Impact: Equip participants with employable skills that improve and enhance their financial prospects and contribute to the local/community’s economy.
Target audience
Youth aged 18 to 34, particularly those from Marginalized or underprivileged communities.
Participants will be recruited through community outreach, social media campaigns, and partnerships with local organizations.
Key Partners
Training Institutions: Establish partnerships with vocational training centers, skilled professionals, and industry experts to provide curriculum, workshops, and hands on experience.
Local Government: Collaborate with government agencies to obtain permits, regulations, and possible local funding.
Corporate Sponsors: Engage and collaborate with companies and corporations for resources, capital, and expertise.
NGOs and Social Enterprises: Liaise and collaborate with other NGOs that have a focus on youth development, employment, and economic empowerment.
