Thematic/Programmatic Areas
The thematic areas of Create and Inspire Society are driven by the focus on empowering inspiring youth through skills training and are strategically structured to address the various aspects of personal, vocational, and community development which include;
Vocational Skills Training: Development of Craftsmanship and Trade Skills
Brick Laying & Construction: Instruction in fundamental building skills, such as masonry, brick laying, and basic building methods. Through this program, young people can work in the building and construction sector, which has a significant demand for trained workers.
Carpentry: Imparting fundamental carpentry skills, furniture design, and woodworking techniques. Young people can construct residential and commercial buildings and make furniture and home décor thanks to this useful trade.
Landscaping and gardening: Youth may contribute to safe and sustainable infrastructure by working in residential, commercial, and industrial land scaping and gardening projects.
Fashion Design & Tailoring: Teaching youth the skills of fashion design, clothing construction, and tailoring. In addition to giving them the tools to work in the fashion industry, this program gives them the chance to start their own clothing brands or companies.
Electrical Works: Giving practical instruction in electrical installation, wiring, and maintenance is known as electrification and wiring.
Plumbing and Drainage Systems: Teaching young people how to install, fix, and maintain plumbing systems, such as water supply and drainage systems. Improving living conditions and sanitation in both urban and rural regions requires this commerce.

Business development and entrepreneurship
Workshops for business skills; the fundamentals of entrepreneurship; and business planning and management- Budgeting and financial literacy – Trade marketing tactics- Micro-finance and Startup Grants – Assistance for young entrepreneurs in skilled trades – Linking young people with micro-finance institutions

Leadership & Personal Development
A course aimed at improving critical thinking, leadership abilities, and personal development. By emphasizing decision-making, communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork, it equips young people for leadership roles in both their communities and jobs and Leadership Development.

Green skills and environmental sustainability
Training in sustainable practices; eco-friendly construction methods
Permaculture and organic agriculture and renewable energy (e.g., training for installing solar panels)
